1. Incompetent is one who fails to convince and win hearts and minds of others peacefully, such entities take refuge in violence.
2. Organizations, Individuals, nations etc when rendered incompetent, resort to violence.
a)Terrorist organizations are incompetent as they fail to win others peacefully.
i)Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan(TTP) terrorism.
ii)LTTE terrorism in Srilanka.
iii) IRA terrorism in UK.
b) Incompetent individuals snatch away peace of world.
i)Napoleon Bonaparte’s violence
ii)Hitler and Mussolini as perpetrators of massive violence.
c) So called modern and democratic states , prove incompetent and take refuge in violence.
i)Indian violence in Kashmir.
ii) Israelis repression in Palestine.
d) Sectarianism is because of fact that incompetent individuals fail to recognize diversity as beauty.
i) Sectarian violence in Pakistan.
e) Often compatriots are incompetent to resolve their issues and incompetency of this form takes a country towards chaos, civil war and anarchy:
i)Bloodshed in Syria.
ii)Anarchy and violence in Bahrain.
f) Blasphemers are incompetent in challenging glory of divine figures that’s why they take refuge in blasphemy, another form of violence.
i)Salman Rushdie’s violence.
ii) Terry Jones blasphemy and violence.
iii)’Life of Muhammad’ movie as violence.

3. At times competent, one who is on sound moral footings and character, also take refuge in violence for want of other options.
i) Pakistan Army operation in Swat.
ii)Srilankan armed action against LTTE.
iii)British action against IRA.

4. World history demonstrates that competents shun violence.
i) Holy Prophet(PBUH) as ‘Rehmat ul Aalemeen’
ii)Quaid e Azam always rejected violence as a refuge.
iii) Character of Nelson Mandela.
iv) Lawyers movement in Pakistan was an absolutely peaceful movement.

5. What factors ensure and foster this refuge.
i) Ineffectiveness of UNO
ii)Lack of believe in humanity.
iii)Autocratic regimes.
iv)weak and ineffective judicial systems.

6. This refuge needs to be checked. This can be done by.
i) Strengthening UNO.
ii)Empowering OIC.
iii) Promoting values of humanity.
iv)Ensuring democracy.
v)Rehabilitating judicial systems.

7. Yes incompetent take refuge in violence but need of the hour is to practice such measures to curb this refuge and ensure peace of world.

It is to be learnt that a candidate should not write against state institutions like Army. you have called army's operation in swat as act of incompetence.

secondly,you have also criticized Srilankan efforts which won praise in the world so dont go against the accepted version.

On the other hand,your essay has limited approach; you only remained confined to warfare in political terms. Whereas, the essay encompasses social,political as well as economic incompetence.

Respected brother, I didn't criticize or malign Pak army or Srilankan regime; rather I praised them as 'competent' and 'on sound moral footings', as evident
from text.
