Your HDI figures are wrong. Pakistan is 146th in HDI with a score of 0.515 as of 2013. Things like these do not go unnoticed.

you can also add that with privatization the gap between the industry and educational institutes output will be decreasing......

Investors may then be interested in quality education also

Thumbs up private higher edducation

private institutions really work a bit ahead of governments for higher education.
pvt sectors are usually in a struggle to upgrade textual and contextual schools of thoughts on the other hand people think themselves less lucky to go in government for higher education.

Default Privatizing Higher Education-Generating knowledge or making more money for the opulen

Outline:
1) Education
2) Level of education
a. Primary Education
b. High Secondary
c. Higher Education
3) Importance of education
4) Education system in Pakistan
5) Comparison of education with literacy rate of Pakistan
6) Privatization (Overview)
7) Privatization of education system, especially Higher Education
8) Effect of privatization
a. Comparison between private sector and public sector universities.
9) Merits and Demerits of Privatization of higher education
1. Merits
a. Well discipline
b. Promote, partially good education
c. Staff get enough salary
2. Demerits
a. Increase poverty
b. Increase illiteracy rate
c. Decrease loyalties of people
10) Recommendation:
a. Government should concentrate on public sector and free higher education.
b. Scholarship should be awarded
c. Reinforcement from government in public sector (psychological effect)
d. Staff salaries should be increased
e. Increase teaching staff in public sector to accommodate more candidates
f. Should change the merit policy in public sector universities

Introduction:
Effective education plays an important role in every society. It creates consciousness in backward nations of the world and brings them to a category of well mannered and developed or developing nations. To conclude that we are satisfied from our education system, we should compare some factors that directly as well as indirectly affect the process of education system. These factors are:
a. Privatization
b. Consciousness
c. Potential in government
d. Literacy rate
Privatization has an effective role in education system and institutions. There are three basic types of education system which is public sector, semi public sector and private sector. These all have advantages as well as disadvantages over one another. There is no doubt that the owner of private institute or university has a great potential to improve the reputation of his/her university but it has introduced expensive education system. As according to the best of my knowledge and average family haven’t enough resources to afford such expenses and as a result they remain under graduate. It is the need of the day to improve education system of public universities as well as inaugurate new public institution in backward areas of Pakistan. Through government potential it can be possible to create consciousness in our nation. Government potential plays a great role in this regards because if government shows willingness towards inauguration of public sector universities and awarding of scholarships then our Pakistani nation can be possibly 100% literate one day. We should need the reformation of our education policy through which we can decrease the demerits of privatization. I am not totally against the private higher education but the policy that we have adopted is quite dangerous for poverty and literacy in Pakistan. If our government is not able to provide free higher education for everyone then the merit policy in public sector universities should consist of such type of formulas that identify candidates that haven’t enough resources to afford higher education in private sector universities.

Seniors please I need your help regarding this topic. I scored really low in essay exam and I wanted to ask if it is wise to attempt essays on such common topics. I have been told that examiners don't even look at these essays and check those that have been attempted by a few candidates. If that's true can you please be kind enough to guide as to how should i prepare for my essay exam as topics in 2014 were quite different from past examinations

i am not agree with you as this is just a myth that examiner do not even bother to read those essay which are opted by most of the candidate. there are number of examiner who mark the essays on different days and they dont have enough information about the selection of topic by the candidate. secondly, there are many examples where candidtes opted the common topics and got good marks. further, every examiner is paid to mark the full essay and he has to do it accordingly.
however this is reality up to extent that if examiner get bored while reading essay or writing is not liggible then chances of failure increses as the interest of examiner diminishes while turning every page
