Lock Jaw is the other name of a disease which you are familiar with by the name of Tetanus. This condition is named so because it appears as symptom when someone suffers from Tetanus. It is infectious disease caused by bacteria. It is characterized by muscular spasm & it often leads to bone fractures.

No I am not a doctor and my statement is not copied from any source. I know it since I was in Matric. Also I have appeared in CE-2017 exam and this question was in current exam and generally everyone searches answers after exams to confirm if they have chosen the right option. I am from family of doctor and I have been reading disease related books specially pediatric book since I was a kid. I was also a medical student but sadly I got diabetes and I had to quit as hostel was not in option for me with insulin therapy.
I have sound knowledge of various thing related to medical and I always try to help if someone needs it.
