ASIMOV's Guide to science is the best and very comprehensive book. But remember its a very thick book. It clears the concept regarding everything related to everyday science but I think other books too should be studied. What about Jehangir Books Everyday Science. I haven't read it but I hope it would be good.

From where did you find Islaac Asimov's book .. ?
I couldn't find it anywhere ..
