Weathering is a process in which rocks are divided into or disintegrated or decomposed at or near the surface of the earth, into small fragments. weathering is a general term applied to the combined action of all precesses that cause rocks to disintegrate physically and decompose chemically.
Denudationis the long-term sum of processes that cause the wearing away of the earth’s surface leading to a reduction in elevation and relief of landforms and landscapes. Endogenetic processes such as volcanoes, earthquakes, and plate tectonics uplift and expose continental crust to the exogenetic denudation processes of weathering, erosion, and mass wasting.
Hence weathering is only one process of denudation and we can say that denudation is a blend of various processes like Weathering, Erosion, and mass wasting.

WEATHERING

it is the process of disintegration and decomposition of rocks by the agents of weathering without any change in their position.

DENUDATION

The activity of levelling down or rock wastage is known as denudation

or

denudation is the sum total of weathering and erosion

or

The term denudation is widely used to cover all agencies by which parts of the earth surface are undergoing destruction, wastage and loss, the material thus removed is deposited elsewhere,to form sedimentry rocks.(F.J.MOONKHOUSE)

Weathering

Any of the chemical or mechanical processes by which rocks exposed to the weather undergo changes in character and break down.

Denudation

Natural loss of soil and rock debris, blown away by wind or washed away by running water, laying bare the rock below. Over millions of years, denudation causes a general lowering of the landscape.
