every portion is easy , just start it , do not get fear of any portion, start from first ch, dont leave any chapter without going through it,after all you have to do all for good marks

EDS science is not the subject which you can complete in days and left it till ur revision plan some where in the days near exams... This was the advice of one of the respectable forum members and csp to me on this forum.... when I took start I was not able to understant philosophy behind this advice but now after going through the whole process of preparation and examination, my advice to juniours is, no need to over come the topics in days and specially those who do not have any science background... I completely agree with Hassan 1 hour a day and till the last day of exam... this plan should include ur revision plan... EDS should be taken very seriously... no need to go for ratta policy concepts matters a lot... Best wishes

Nothing is difficult in science but nothing is easy in science... u can not underestimate this subject specially in situation when u do not have any science back ground... best wishes

I think u ppl must not ignore the importance of past papers...
Do prepare from at least 10 years papers....nothing will go out of them .....inshallah

and it's not important that you have to spent one hour daily..rather you should have a study plan in mind for a particular day....n you must accomplish that plan whether you need 1 or 10 hour daily.

regards

Thanks. In the current days, i am preparing it from Faridi and Kashmiri book, as far as i came to know that faridi book is quite enough, In this book we may cover past papers as well. And, yes! The daily one hour is quite enough for it in order to cram the whole subject. In fact, cramming is necessary in this subject, however, the understanding is the most key to tackle it... Indeed, scientist are totally on ratta based, because they have fact and figers, which can not be remember without ratta. Furthermore, any suggestion would be appreciable. Thanks...

Biological portion and chemistry related things does not require ratta, these are all conceptual, if you want good score than you must clear concepts in it. Thanks

You are certainly right. I think, i have to consult the books of physics, chemistry, geography i.e, in regional language in order to clear the concepts and than should switch on the faridi book or kashmire etc... On the other hand, i have been preparing Geography, if any body who knows could let me know that how much geography subject is overlapped of EDS....

I need help. Can you please recommend a good science book for me as i have no background in science and haven't studied it since 8th grade. Science is my nemesis so any guidance would do wonders for me.

Cheers

Dear!

You should buy books written by

1. Shabbir Hussain Choudhary
2. Irkam Kashmiri

These two books are very well written and easy to comprehend, even for those who find EDS a nemesis.

Continuous study throught the preparation period with one topic per day can do wonders for you, as this is very scoring subject.

Regards,
