I believe it's only medium of attempt is English now.

It is better to confirm it from Fpsc . Contact of fpsc is given on it's site.

Recommended books for Islamiat are in both languages. So , one cannot say with full confidence, that islamiat will be in urdu or english. Just Fpsc can solve this myth.

After confirming , post it here too.

Yes. But before producing the content, one has to write it for which one needs to decide which language to use.

dear sir what i want to say is that it would not be a sagacious decision on the behalf of Fpsc to restrict the choice of languages as it will create hardship for those who prepared in Urdu previously.moreover, remembering quotations like ayats in Urdu is also convenient for most of the aspirants.so it would be better not to squeeze us more:).that is what i want to say .thank you.

Exactly. Restricting the medium to English only doesn't make sense however it hasn't been mentioned in the notes attached therewith that the candidates will have choice to attempt it in Urdu/English so I believe it is safe to infer that FPSC intends to conduct the paper for Islamiat/Comparative religions in English only.
