Islamiat Exam - Urdu or English?

Hi,

Does the user have option to take islamiat exam in urdu or english at the time of exam? or do we need to specify beforehand the language we wish to take exam in? Also do we have a trend that taking islamiat leads to better scores?

Please Guide

1. You have full leverage of choosing Islamiat in English or Urdu right at the spot when Islamiat paper is given to you.
2. Content matter more than language.

Does the same apply for pak studies as well?

also can one score more if opted in urdu?
