-Does it cover whole syllabus?
-Is this one book sufficient?

This is the only best book for Islamiat in the market..!! Just read it religiously. It would help you a lot. Besides this, use recommended books as well or consult any authentic alim to take guidance.

Can you guide me with tips on how to make a topic list? I have gone through past papers of 10 years and made a list of common topics but I am not sure if it is comprehensive or not
