Can you please share books and resources from where you had prepared? |
Notes by Prof. Zakaullah Tahir. objective, subjective, solved past papers from 2009 to onward and a book by Qamar Husnain Advanced Publishers (Recommended by Sir Zakaullah Tahir). :)

Just recall the last time you wrote Urdu. Well probably, I guess, in intermediate; at least 4-5 years ago. It will be very difficult for you to write Urdu after that gap. So, considering this factor I will suggest you to go for English.
well, choose the medium in which you have studied Islamiyat till graduation. I opted it in urdu and scored 67. If you don't know exact reference, just write "Al-Quran" in brackets. :)
