Following chapters are worth reading, although the whole book reads like a story and i will recommend you to go through it once at least.

Part-1
1. Zindagi kay bunyadi masail aur un ka hal
2. Dour a hazir aur mazhab
3. Mazahib e aalam aik taqabuli jaiza (Just read)
4. Islam aur tabdeeli a zamana

Part-2
7. Islam ka tasawar e zindagi
9. Islam kay bunyadi aqaid
10. Towheed
11. Risalat
12. Aswah-e-hasna
13. Aqeeda-e-akhrat

Part-3
I read the follwing 3 chapters thoroughly, rest was just read and revised at the time of exams

16. Islami nizam e ikhlaq
17. islam ka mashrati nizam
19. islam kay maashi assol

for each topic that might appear as question you should memorize at least two quranic verses with ayyah number if you cant memorize the exact wroding of translation in urdu, just keep in mind the basic idea but donot write that idea as translation of the ayyah, you can express that in your explanatory remarks.

you can read the islamic pages of Jung on friday, articles published on special occasions like Moharam and Haj. That all you need to do.

Guys, is there any english version of Khurshid Ahmed's book available or may be any tailored version of this book by some publishers solely for CSS? I think Maha Khan somewhere mentioned that Bhatti or Dogar (I don't remember) have written theirs from it. Is it so? I haven't seen those books, I do have Khurshid's, its urdu is so nauseating = )

"Towards Islamiat" is the english version of Khurshed Ahmed's Book by Dogar Publishers. It is a post not by maha khan but by "Amoeba" and following is the link to it.

i just bought the "Islami nazriya e hayat" for islamiat but the font that has been used in this book is very small and arabic like, and so very hard to read(specially the verses from QURAN) and also it takes alot of time to read this book.
is there any other good book for Islamiat in urdu ??
also recommend me a good mcqs book for this subject.
