Attempting paper without writing verses or its translation?
 

Hi, regarding the Islamic studies paper.

I am having a hard time trying to cram the translation of the verses. I understand the syllabus and can hopefully get the grasp of the whole syllabus, however i am having difficulty in remembering the translation.

Will I be able to pass the paper if i just refer the Surah Name.

For example, regarding fasting, how it has been mentioned in Surah Baqrah regarding fasting being an obligatory act.


Or do i need to cram the surah translation and their numbers?

Its really difficult to cram.

Can i do para phrasing?

Or should it be the exact translation?
