Islamic Studies, qouting in roman
 

Hi,

I wanted to know, in the Islamic studies paper, are we allowed to add quotes in roman english?

Like if I wanted to refer to Surah Ikhlas, can I write it like this,


"Qul huwal laahu ahad, Allah hus-samad, Lam yalid wa lam yoolad, Wa lam yakul-lahoo kufuwan ahad" - Surah Ikhals

If you have opted in English language, you need to write the translation in English and Arabic verses in Arabic language. However, you can only write translation skipping Arabic verses. Roman is not allowed if you opted Islamic Studies in English.
