Every question asks a different dimension to be analysed unless it is a very straightforward question. So make sure you use a logical outline with headings and subheadings, examples and Ayats/Ahadith to justify that dimension and the stance you take,if any, regarding that dimension.

Sir Karimdad's book is great to learn relevant ahadith and verses of multiple topics from a single place. Use it well.
Secondly, topics that need accumulation of knowledge is done in that book. For eg. The letters of Caliphs, The Last Sermon of Prophet SAW, and others. Your task will be to analyse the information accordingly, and use the excerpts appropriately to prove any point that you make in answering the question.

Hope this helps

His book is only good for hadees and Quranic references
Rest of the material is copy paste

You need to follow the proper pattern of a standard answer. Write what is required not just fill the pages.
