Could anybody post the transalation of hadith inamal aamal bin neyaat along with brief explanation?

innama al aamlo binniyat wa innama li kulli amr e ma nawa, fa man kan hijratoho ila allah wa rasoolehe, fa hijratoho illa allah e wa rasoolihe,

Hadith ka mafhoom aor tarjuma
Beshak aamal ka daro madar neeyato per hai, pas jis ne ALLAH AOR us k RASOOL (SAWW) k liye hijrat ki so us ki hijrat ALLAH aor us k RASOOL (SAWW) k liye hai AOR JIS NE kisi aoprat ya mal ki khatir hijrat ki so us ne mal o zar aor aorat k liye hijrat ki"

English Translation!
 

The Prophet (S.A.W) said "The reward of deeds depend upon the intentions, and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended". Umar Bin Al Khitab
