Could anybody post the transalation of hadith inamal aamal bin neyaat along with brief explanation?

Salam
To avoid any mistake or blunder i will translate the hadith in Urdu
translation''
innama al aamlo binniyat wa innama li kulli amr e ma nawa, fa man kan hijratoho ila allah wa rasoolehe, fa hijratoho illa allah e wa rasoolihe,

Hadith ka mafhoom aor tarjuma
Beshak aamal ka daro madar neeyato per hai, pas jis ne ALLAH AOR us k RASOOL (SAWW) k liye hijrat ki so us ki hijrat ALLAH aor us k RASOOL (SAWW) k liye hai AOR JIS NE kisi aoprat ya mal ki khatir hijrat ki so us ne mal o zar aor aorat k liye hijrat ki"

one of the person migrated from makkah to madinah to marry a lady, then the prophet SAWW said this hadith.
