[I][B]That there is no doubt that prior to Islam the woman was being thought a curse and a symptom of degradation thus the woman was burnt to death and she was not given any respectful vision in the society, But islam portrayed the respectful vision of the women in Islam, as Islam given the right of equality to women before the God in comparison of male, Islam given the social status of respect to the women, Islam given the right of Inheritance to the women, Islam given the right of choice of marriage to the women, and Islam given the great title to the women in the shape of mother by announcing that the heavens are under the feet of a mother, though the islam has given these rights and respect to the women, but Islam also distinguishes some of the difference between man and women, to keep the highness of the morality of the women, such as curtain necessary for women in the Islam, and in Islam a women is not entitled to make rule, a women can not participate in some prayers just like Namaz-e-eid, Namaz-e-Juma, and Namaz-e-janaza, but these restriction on the women in Islam are only to save her status of modesty, but islam does not impose any illogical and immoral restrictions on women, Islam has moralized the modesty of the women and has given her respectable rights, which are clearly defined in the Surah-e-Nisa of Quran Pak, but as for as the question of some restriction upon women in the Isalm is concerned that is quite logical and proved by scientific experiments, that women is naturally week and she can not owe the place of a man only in the external affairs of the society, country and world, because her evidence in the Islam is to be considered as 50% in compression of a man that is why the evidence of the two women happens to be equal to a man, and she also carries half share in inherited property in compression of a male, which are some living, talking, and crying proofs about the weakness of women which can not be neglected by any reason, but on the account of these weaknesses of women it is prohabited in islam to make any social,or moral,distinction in men and women.
