My guess paper of Islamiat 2013:

1. Islamic Social/economic System.
2. Islamic concept of life hereafter.
3. Reasons of degeneration of Muslim Ummah.
4. Women rights in Islam.
5. Necessity and importance of religion for man and its effects on human life.
6. Concept of Ijma/Ijtehad and its importance.
7. Islamic state system.

Dear you may like to add;

(i). Islamic concept on the terrorism/current war on terror.
(ii). Suicide bombing, is it permissible as per Islamic teachings.
(iii). In further elaboration of point 7 above, the administrative/political system as per Islam, including the current wave of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri.
(iv). To more specify the Islamic Social as well as Islamic Economic System (point 1 above), education/religious education/madrassah education and riba/interest/banking system/taking loans from IMF etc.
