I got 44

I attempted this very paper in Urdu


Note: Do mention
1. The Medium (Urdu/English) in which you attempted the paper
2. Books or notes you studied for its preparation

This way we'll be able to assess the overall result of this subject as well as it'll highlight either Urdu/English medium affects the scores or not.
