Qias means to think about a problem or give ideas regarding a problem to solve that is likely not crystal clear given in Quran and Sunnah.

Ijma means to get united in a meeting, e.g. sholers/ulemas get united to solve a problem because problem is that much harder which is nearly impossible to solve on the basis of Quran and Sunnah easily Ummah. Hence, in this case, Ulemas perform ijma and solve problems on the basis of Quran and Hadith.

Fiqh means understanding of shariah according to Islamic Jurisprudence.

Ijtihad means to try or strive hard for some thing to solve a problem that seems beyond Islamic laws.

Thanks

You can attempt the paper of Islamic Studies in either way. Without regarding upon the marks/scoring in English or Urdu medium, it's up to you to decide in which medium you can express much better than the other one.
For English medium, consult: A document on Islam by M. Ali Asghar and Islam:its meaning and message

Yes we can explain it in urdu better as we familar with this paper from early classes.
But the benefit of attempt in English first we write to the point and most relevent material while in urdu we add some things extra its play bad effect on examiner.
It is better to attempt in English as remaing all papers to attempt in english so its not difficult for aspirants.
