Surely it can be attempted in Urdu.
But it is better to attempt it in english.
In English you can write answers in precise manner but in urdu you need to give extra details.
Those who attempt it in english get higher chance of clearing paper.
But if you have severe problems in english then opt it to attempt in urdu.
