Dont be misguided by the people here. They think that age relaxation is only for FATA candidates. See rule 3 of the syllabus thoroughly and then see whether you are eligible or not. If your age crosses 32 then you are not eligible but if it is less than 32 even a day then you are eligible. Malakand is among the areas whose candidates are entitled to age relaxation.

Asalam Alaikum,
I want notes on the topic , "Islam ka tasawar " for Islamic studies in Urdu.. I go through the islamiyat notes posted here.. But I didn't find this topic.. This first topic in syllabus of Islamic studies.... Kindly help... |

No you cannot appear, because, As per the latest rules of CE-2016 age limit for CSS Examination is 21 to 30 years. Upper age limit for CE-2017 shall be the same as 30 years and cut off date for age calculation will be 31.12.2016.
