إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ

Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct

خدا تم کو انصاف اور احسان کرنے کا حکم دیتا ہے

5. Indifference to personal gain or lossذاتی نفع نقصان کو نظر انداز
6. Persistent remembrance of the day of judgementآخرت کی ہم وقت یاد

1. Equality مساوات


يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ

Translation: O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.

لوگو! ہم نے تم کو ایک مرد اور ایک عورت سے پیدا کیا اور تمہاری قومیں اور قبیلے بنائے۔ تاکہ ایک دوسرے کو شناخت کرو۔ اور خدا کے نزدیک تم میں زیادہ عزت والا وہ ہے جو زیادہ پرہیزگار ہے۔ بےشک خدا سب کچھ جاننے والا (اور) سب سے خبردار ہے

49:13 Surat Al-Ĥujurāt (The Rooms) - سورة الحجرات


Hadith : "O people! Your God is one and your forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a red (i.e. white tinged with red) person is not better than a black person and a black person is not better than a red person, except in piety.

2. Rejection of Nepotism اقربا پروری سے اجتناب

وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُوا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ

Translation: And whenever you give your word (i.e. judge between men or give evidence, etc.), say the truth even if a near relative is concerned.

جب (کسی کی نسبت) کوئی بات کہو تو انصاف سے کہو گو وہ (تمہارا) رشتہ دار ہی ہو

6:152 (PART) Surat Al-'An`ām (The Cattle) - سورة الأنعام

Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) : ‘The people who came before you were destroyed because if one of their nobles stole, they would let him go, but if one of the weak among them stole, they would carry out the punishment on him. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if Faatimah the daughter of Muhammad were to steal, I would cut off her hand"

3. Disregard for personal enmity دشمنی سے گریز

وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَىٰ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا ۚ اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ

Translation: let not the enmity and hatred of any people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness

اور لوگوں کی دشمنی تم کو اس بات پر آمادہ نہ کرے کہ انصاف چھوڑ دو۔ انصاف کیا کرو کہ یہی پرہیزگاری کی بات ہے

5:8 (part) Surat Al-Mā'idah (The Table Spread) - سورة المائدة

4. Renouncing greed خواہشات کی پیروی سے احتیاط

فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا
Translation: So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice,
۔ تو تم خواہش نفس کے پیچھے چل کر عدل کو نہ چھوڑ دینا۔

4:135 (part) Surat An-Nisā' (The Women) - سورة النساء

5. Indifference to personal gain or lossذاتی نفع نقصان کو نظر انداز

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ

Translation: O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin
اے ایمان والو! انصاف پر قائم رہو اور خدا کے لئے سچی گواہی دو خواہ (اس میں) تمہارا یا تمہارےماں باپ اور رشتہ داروں کا نقصان ہی ہو

4:135 (part) Surat An-Nisā' (The Women) - سورة النساء

--
وَإِنْ حَكَمْتَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ

Translation: And if you judge, judge with justice between them. Verily, Allah loves those who act justly.

اگر تو فیصلہ کرے تو ان میں انصاف سے فیصلہ کر بے شک الله انصاف کرنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے

5:42 Surat Al-Mā'idah (The Table Spread) - سورة المائدة
