Question Senior please solve my problem

i've been trying to figure it out for last three days but could not succeed yet

actually im preparing the Shariah topic but can't handle the question

Quran as source of Shariah in today's world

i've find the question in many threads but....cant find any, that gives complete answer

should we write about

division of words (i.e khas,aam,mushtarik)

mystery of sentences(i.e obvious,hidden)

use of words(i.e haqiqa,mjaz,sarih)

I'M TOTALLY confused in this(Quran)part of the Shariah Question

if i consider the above given points,it looks like a question of Compilation of Quran

and when i skip this portion, the marks of the question demands more material.

i know its not about the quantity but quality

please im tensed in preparation of this topic..

what substance should be used and what not

please help

i think dear it simply implies

quran as a source of islamic law

i think you should focus on the legislative properties of Quran and link it with the contemporary world. i may be wrong. but i guess shariah is just "islamic law" so just do it like that.

quran's contributions to sharia

a) laws of marriage and maintenance of family
b) equal rights of women
c) children and parents
d) law of trust and guardianship
e) law of succession
f) law of trade and commerce
g) law of crime and punishments
h) law of political management
i) administration of justice
j) international law
k) law of contract and tort

now find relevant verses and try linking it to the contemporary world

Yes dear i think its like we have two sources of shariat in Islam as The Holy Quran and sunnah. Sunnah is related to the whole life of holy prophet (S.A.W.W) His sayings, holy deeds and beautiful character. Quran also represents his personality. you have to explain the coordination between them according to current scenario.
