Aoa,

The compulsory subjects should be covered first and then optional subjects. N English is a backbone of CSS so it should be studied from the very first day till the exam. Along with it, DAWN should be read daily as well.

But, you told that you have just started preparing for CSS So, I sincerely suggest you don't waste your precious chance. You have started the preparation so late and now as per new changes, everything seems fishy. If you have the luxury of age then don't appear in CE-2016. As per new trend, in my opinion, it will require one year to master both the compulsory as well as optional subjects.

CSS demands hell of hardcore work and one has to pour his efforts to pass this supreme exam. N don't think that I am demoralizing you. I have given my 1st attempt and based upon my own experience I am suggesting you. Make a wise decision so that you won't repent on it.

Best of luck.

Stay blessed.

Thumbs up

Well, hard work then. As I told study English and read DAWN daily. You are supposed to study minimum 8 hours per day. Devise a proper time table and follow in sincerely. Lastly, get your essay and composition checked by a quality and well-experienced teacher. It's very much important.

Be optimistic and pour your entire efforts in it.

Best of luck.

Stay blessed.
