Not a single book could be suggested. World and Pakistan Affairs by shamshad Ahmad is worth reading.

Take these two books as essential reading. 1 is aforementioned and other ia political and constitutional history pf Pakistan. other topics can be covered from other sources like internet, Dawn etc.

No single quality book can cover this whole syllabus. for best quality materials see these books according to topics

Concise History of Pakistan By M.R Kazmi ( For per-partition topics )
Pakistan & World Affairs by Shamshad Ahmad Khan
Pakistan Beyond Crisis state by Maleeha Lodhi ( For Civil Military Relations )

These three quality books cover your whole syllabus
