I endorse Monk's point.... when you are there to prepare for CSS you should just have your focus on your own performance.

lol! What's the point in not answering thealiarain straight? Anyone, highest marks in PA and CA... and average marks for 2014 exam or any other year for that matter?

Check out FPSC Annual reports for marking trends. These are available on FPSC website under publications. Annual report for 2014 hasn't been made public yet but you should be able to get information for previous years.
