In other words, a nation continuously maintains and progresses by a set of moral principles, particularly when it is guided by a public morality. These ideals are set with such principles as righteousness , justice , charity and tolerance.
These moral principles for different people could spring from different sources depending upon their cultural orientation and their spiritual and social heritance. Therefore , it is the ultimate inner most conviction of people that shape their national life.
