Default Pak Affairs & Indo Pak

Surprisingly, a lot of syllabus of Pak Affairs is covered in the optional Indo Pak History. Just wanted to ask is there anything else that needs to be covered in P.A not a part of Indo Pak. Please, do correct me if I'm wrong in the aforementioned deduction.
