Default Missing Contents of Pak Affairs by Ikram Rabbani

Hi,

I recently bought the Pak Affairs book by Ikram Rabbani and just noticed that a few of the table of contents are missing. Can someone kindly take a picture of these pages and somehow send them to me? Maybe upload online and send me the link here? I'll be really grateful.

The missing pages are pages: xviii, xix, xxii, xxiii.

Thanking you in advance.
