Question seniors kindly reply asap .. URGENT ATTENTION.

Assalamoalaikum everyone , could anyone please tell me whether the topic ‘EVOLUTION AND GROWTH OF MUSLIM SOCIETY IN THE SUBCONTINENT’ still needs to be done because its not a part of the syllabus anymore and is a very lengthy and confusing topic . Would highly appreciate anyone who could shed some light on this issue. Is it relevant to do the above mentioned topic or not?

Thanking in Advance

JazakAllah

No need to cover the whole evolution of Muslim society in Subcontinent. However, following topics shoould be prepared in this regard.

1- Impact of Muslim advent/Islam on Subcontinent
2- Renaissance Effors by differenrt reformists: Ahmed al Sirhindhi, Shah Walliullah, Syed Ahmed Shaheed Birelvi and Sir Syed Amed Khan
3- Causes of Downfall of Muslim's rule in subcontinent.

I too don't think that we ought to cover this topic in detail. Just a broad outlook of how Muslim society began taking roots in sub continent and its evolution/growth..

you dont need to waste your time on such topics. just focus on post partition era along with current affairs. it will cover more than 5 questions easily. key is current affairs and analytical writing.

as far as my personal point of view is concerned.. dont rely on academy notes. firstly, because most of those notes are seemed to be out dated and not according to current scenario. secondly because they provide you just limited material which cannot be used in analytical and opinion based questions. try to make your own notes by using different sources likes good books, newspaper, JWT and different valuable sites, in this regard you could extract some relevant points from those academy notes but dont solely rely on them.
this is my personal view. any suggestion along with correction will be highly appreciated. thanks
