Default Is this too patriotic for CSS

Yesterday I had a small debate on Facebook with a friend.
He posted answers to a question that appeared in this year's PMS
I tried to use logic as much as i could but my friend, who is a senior, suggested that psuedo liberals don't check CSS papers
I ask you to guide me or point out my mistake in any answerthat I have made
I am posting the entire discussion here

Q. India has been creating number of problems for Pakistan. Suggest a policy options for Pakistan.

Ans
1. Kashmir should be militarily liberated or Pakistan should cease dormant proxy warfare in the valley so that India could find no pretext to maintain her forces and human right violations in Kashmir.

2. Pakistan should disengage from taking Afghanistan as its fifth province and stop interference in domestic affairs of a sovereign state. Moreover, the faulty policy of strategic depth should be thoroughly revived on new lines.

3. Indian involvement in Afghanistan and Balochistan is tied to Pakistan sluggish proxy warfare in Kashmir. Unless Pakistan withdraws from her traditional posture in Kashmir, hardly there would be any chance of India to disengage from involvements on western front.

4. Pakistan should stop from creating new foes such as Iran through active participation in middle east crises where fight on sectarian lines has extinguished peace of the whole region.

5. Pakistan need to champion international diplomacy like India so that no super power could exploit the debt trapped economy on faulty lines. Pakistan should be neutral player rather it should nap awkwardly in the lap of one super power or another.

My response was

Point No.1
Pakistan doesn't have the capacity to liberate Kashmir through its Armed Forces. It is obliged to use a proxy guerrilla armed struggle to counter a massive armed presence in that valley.
This is a standard practice used by weak forces to successfully quash a mighty power. There are several examples in history to look back at.
The reason why Pakistan could not capitalize in such a scenario in Kashmir is its incoherent foreign policy. However, now the Kashmiris, in large numbers are actively supporting an armed struggle. Pakistan should not ditch the genuine armed struggle by Kashmiries for their right to independence recognized by the UN.

Friend
What dragged India to occupy Kashmir militarily?
Wasn't tribal onslaught on 27 Oct 1947 a pretext?

Me
We shouldn't care
All we need to know is that the UN has declared the valley a disputed territory and has given the right to Kashmiries to determine their fate through elections

Friend
If that can't work, what should be the option?
proxy warfare is useless option

Me
A genuine armed struggle for independence shouldn't be confused with a proxy armed struggle. Pakistan has a moral obligation to support Kashmiries in attaining independence and quash Indian ambitions in the valley.
Well supplied Armed struggles have successfully defeated mighty armies in the recent past and it can do so again.
Never a useless option

Friend
For that you need to be a superpower not a third world economically strangulated country.

Me
India has a very strong economy it can afford a large army in that valleyPo

Muhammad Kamran In UN resolution it is clearly mentioned that first Kashmir should liberated from both armies then it's fate will be decided through the will of the people .

Pakistan has to rely on Armed opposition

Friend
Why can't militarily like it did in 48, 65, 71 and 98?
Isn't proxy warfare a defeat after failed experience of military exercise for liberating the valley?
In fact proxy warfare is just an excuse to get big deal at home!
Much like what Pakistan is doing! Isn't that!
Its not fair! Pakistan tried it for 70 years, and would continue to do so for 170 years ahead to get same results.

Me

Pakistan didn't try it for 70 years
Several times the state acted against the freedom fighters of Kashmir. It would engage and disengage them in accordance with the developing foreign policy.
Several renowned Commanders fighting in Kashmir shifted their operation base to Afghanistan and many joined Al-qeada and ISIS due to the uncertain policies of the state.
Don't say that we supported an insurgency for 70 years
That's factually wrong

This is a very issue with all this competitive exam thing. Therefore, it is safest to stick solutions. You can highlight problems on our part, but do not blame an institution. Just focus on solutions.
I have a lot of issues with the content we study and historians have debunked so many things that we study in our history,
Solution of problem comes with identification of that problem, so highlight the issue, and you can say that we did this wrong, but your intention must show concern for the country an its people.
Focus more on solutions
