Q. No. 2. Enumerate the measures adopted by Pakistan to spotlight on the plight of Kashmiri people in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir after 5th August 2019.

Ans.

Pakistan has been in struggle to find resolution to the plight of occupied kashmiri people since 1947. Each time Pakistan attempted in favor of the occupied kashmiris, and each time it has (as ever) brought some fruitful results. However the plight of Occupied Kashmir has been a contention between the India, Kashmir and Pakistan. Hence, for this issue , Pakistan as ever is striving for restricting and combating one point or the other.

Nevertheless, After the 5th August 2019 Pakistan has been the vital factor to find resolution to the plight of kashmiri people ( with the strong negation of india in this regard). Still, the recent struggle of Pakistan after 5th August 2019 in this regard include the following points;

1- The Prime Minister of Pakistan (Imran Khan) projected the plight of Kashmiri people in the united nations. And called upon the united nations to find a peaceful solution to the plight of occupied kashmir. This attempt won over favours of the other member countries of the UN for Pakistan, but unfortunately this favor was not more than the votes casted in favor of india by such member countries of the UN.

2- The Prime Minister (Imran khan) condemned strongly the inhumane treatment of the indian army forces before and after the 5th August 2019 in the occupied kashmir and warned the indian government about the threats possible in the region in this regard.

3- The favor of the Pakistani media for the kashmiri people helps raise the voice of kashmiri people for their rights. As, there in the Kashmiri people are living on such a piece of earth where the cruel india for the last 74 years has targeted the occupied kashmiri public of their brutality. However, the call for freedom of this kashmiri public has never been heard and supported by the outside world except our country. As in such a scenario it is only this Pakistan since 1947 who is serving alone the cause of freedom for the kashmiris along with them, and has never disheartened. Yet after 5th August 2019 Pakistan has refreshed its favor for the plight of the occupied kashmir.

4- For the last three kashmiri days, the whole Pakistan has celebrated the Kashmir day with especial excitement for the freedom of the Occupied Kashmir. Also, the Paksitani parliament has observed a typical favor of the leading politicians in parliament in favor of Kashmir for the last three Kashmir days, who have made their voice reach the outside world.

5- Pakistan tried to align bilateral relationship with India after the 5th August 2019 on refreshing terms to have no bias against each other. This created an atmosphere of mild relationship between the two countries. And brought somewhat forward these two countries for the future advancements.

6- The pleading of Pakistan in the united nations for the evacuation of the indian army forces from occupied kashmir did not catch enough international spotlight, nor even got any good attention from any of the member power states of the UN except a few. However, this passion of Pakistan does seem to be successful soon, depending upon the interest of Pakistani government in the issue of Occupied Kashmir.

7- Pakistan after the 5th August 2019 is not sparring even a single opportunity where the favor of kashmir can be done. This consistent struggle of Pakistan in favour of kashmir has refreshed the legacy of interest of Pakistan in Kashmir - as ever done in other tenures. However, this time the measures adopted by Pakistan to spotlight the plight of Kashmiri people seem to fetch better results than ever before.

Q. No. 3. Explain “Afghans owned, Afghans led: solution of Afghanistan Crisis?

Ans.

Afghans owned, Afghan led: for the Afghanistan crisis is the peace process against the violence and terror in Afghanistan. After a prolonged struggle of USA against the terror in Afghanistan, Afghans owned leading peace talks with talibans.

1) Crisis After Afghan owned, Afghan Led: (Peace Process) In Afghanistan

A) The dilogue session between the violators and the Afghanistan government rendered the atmosphere of Afghanistan with some sort of silence of violence.

B) This leading of peace process by Afghans added hope to the Afghanistan's citizens for a sound environment having the elements of peace and harmony.

C) It created a reality of mediating the aggressive treatments from the talibans against there targets in Afghanistan

D) The resolution of Afghanistan's crisis seems somewhat successful with the help of such peace talks led by Afghanistan government. Which seems to set a foundation for the success of such talks/agreements for the future, also. However all this left USA with no choice and no option - not deciding what to do and not deciding where to go.

2) Hopes Related To Afghan Owned Afghan Led Solution To The Afghanistan Crisis

A) A Forecast Of suggested peaceful atmosphere by Afghans in Afghanistan in this peace process. Where the afghanians will breath at rest and will be avoid of brutality in Afghan society as far as the this peace process shows either long lasting success or become unsuccessful.

B) Promoting peace in Afghanistan by the afghans themselves will realize them the essence of becoming administratively accountable for the peaceful environment of their own society. The behalf of the afghans leading the "peace process" is of course the agenda of these peace talks. And this agenda obviously is no more violence in Afghanistan - showing some sort of succcess in it's carriage onwards.

C) The US spending more than 5 billion dollars each year on the war in afghanistan, will not be wasted anymore. This loss was since 9/11 in 2001 , and even more than that at the start. Also the policy of "do more" of the US will perish, which will not incite any revenge from the taliban in this regard.

D) Afghanistan is out of the sphere of international relations with other countries in a proper sense. And the permanent explosive conditions in Afghanistan have suffocated this country. Which obviously shows that this war-torn country has a lot to do to become a state of usual terms, as the other countries are.

Hence, may this Afghan owned Afghan led (peace talks) work for resolving the crisis of turbulent Afghanistan successfully.

Q. No. 4. How CPEC Phase II will galvanize industralization and employment in Pakistan?

Ans.

1) CPEC Phase II, is going to galvanize an industrial revolution across Pakistan, as Pakistan is in the need of this revolution. Where in Pakistan will be flashed as another industrial state on the earth with enormous opportunities for employments.

2) CPEC Phase II, is rendering Pakistan as a competing state with other states in the region for the near future in the industrial arena. Which is going to make Pakistan develop more in earning industrial reputation in the region. This is going to replace violence in Pakistan with employments , and Pakistan as a countrt will be refreshed in its creation soon.

3) With the plantation of new industries the economy of Pakistan will develop. Which is going to galvanize employments for the Pakistani citizens in both public and private sector, hired with the support of this economy and the finance department. Such development is going to promote prosperity across the whole state of Pakistan.

4) The commercial skeletion of the state machinery of Pakistan is going to find a boost for itself - rendering a healthy commercial prosperity for the state with the timely plantation of new needed industries. Where new employment opportunities will be galvanized for the citizens of Pakistan.

5) The circulation of the Pakistani currency with the urge of planting new needed industries across Pakistan due to CPEC Phase II, finds rhythm. Which decreases the rate of inflation. Hence the poor community will find relief as well. And will be happy with their limited earning.

6) Getting the China and Pakistan into investment together in CPEC for phase II shows the resilience of meeting the economic criteria between these two countries for each other. Which is going to help china shine in the region and score more for it's status as another super power of the world in the near future. The more this motive of China is served the more will be plantation of industries in Pakistan and the more will be the employment opportunities - inland.

7) Pakistan has a lot been eaten away by the violence of violent forces. Which is making it compulsory for us to replace this chapter of agony with development. And the support needed for Pakistan in this regard is no more better served than China is doing it. As a result both of the economies will get boosted. Where in the mutual support of China and Pakistan for each other is industrializing Pakistan in CPEC Phase II, and there in millions of employment opportunities are foreseeable.

Q. No. 6. How Pakistan should combat 5th generation war successfully?

Ans.

5th generation war is the war of perceptions and informations affecting the trends and lifestyles of the civilians across Pakistan. Main milestones for Pakistan to accomplish in combating this fifth generation war must include the following.

1) First of all Pakistan is a muslim state. Mostly in Pakistan Islam is misinterpreted. Which creates doubts among the different sections of Islam and the followers of Islam, and cause bitterness and violence. Also the electronic and social media is fueling the related difficulties to catch spectators..

However, this issue can be better resolved when having conferences among the sects of Islam and talk shows over the electronic media to remove the bias and negation against each other, which are not actually the part of Islam. This trend is going to spoil and destroy the society.

2) Unheard massess are always made suffer from their life issues. The deaf governance never render an ear to the problems of Pakistani citizens. However it is not always the parliament that can facilitate justice.

Hence each independent organization and independent institution must abide by their rules and privacy policy. And must give recommendations to make the state machinery funtion on smooth basis with the goal not to make the masses suffer.

3) Lack of law and order is a core issue in Pakistan. Where as in Pakistan the law is not interpreted properly, and/or then misinterpreted by forceful citizens for personal benefits.

Here to bring the law and order in existence in society is possie through tracking the past judicial record of the institutions, see the conditions where the law once rightly and fully applied and interpreted by the institution(s). And then to compare the current state's experience with it's institutions. Which will create an urge, desire, and motivation for implementing the real law and order situation in this country of Pakistan.

4) Geopolitical disputes whether it is over occupied kashmir with India, uprising in Balochistan, or strikes of the opposition. etc.etc.

All needed one solution "All Rights Reserved Policy". If the rights of a community are cared about, no such community enjoys violation and disturbance.

5) Political Scandals either direct or passive among the political parties against each other is all for the sake of either becoming in rule or removing others from the rule.

The panacea of this issue is to prefer the citizens more than playing on the citizens carelessly and to strive genuinely for acquring authority. The party in rule must also be in favor of the citizens more than being in personal favor for tenures.

6) The mis-spoken Islamic madrassahs that these madrassahs are the centres of spreading violence in society through their students.

The cure is easy. One has to see the past records of such madrassahs in doubt and to observe and set a new qualified criteria ahead through Islamic legends. If these centres of Islamic Education are not meeting that criteria. The registration of these madrassahs must be discarded.

7) Social Violation and domestic violence in any part of the society is all because of the lack of awareness.

If spreading awareness among the masses is made a goal, then alot of the society will get rid of social violations and domestic violence - rendering rather a purified and developed society where pleasure will be prevalent for all.

Q. No. 7. “Political Stability is mandatory for economic prosperity in Pakistan:. Elaborate.

Ans.

Economy is the backbone of a state. Also, All the affairs of a state depends upon economy of the state. Hence to realize economic prosperity as actually as possible is the foremost job of the Politicians. Which clearly shows that political stability is mandatory for economic prosperity.
However how the political stability is manadatory for economic prosperity is elaborated below;

1) To run the smooth affairs of the state for the interest of public and in the correct favor of public is one of the core responsibilities of the Politicians. Such fair affairs are best served with sound economy seeking political stability for proper management.

2) To deliver timely goods and services for the state's consumers and clients is another task needing prosperous economy. Also to keep the economy purified and cater the citizens of Pakistan seek political stability.

3) Monitoring insitutional efficiencies seek economic prosperity. Which requires political stability. Which in turn ensures the co-ordination between the different institutes of the state for their inter-related concerned services. And as far as the stable government promotes this duty with prosperous economy., that's the rout of development.

4) To provide expected and timely justice for the rights of Pakistani public is the most basic factor behind the domestic prosperity of the poor masses of Pakistan. As a result their time and money is saved wasting. This is the threshold where we can rear and hire the proper manpower through our stable politics and prosperous economy to make our society more and more prosperous with time.

5) To promote peace and social prosperity is the second goal after the domestic prosperity. Such peace and prosperity requires economic prosperity for upholding. Which in turn requires stable politics for excellent management.

6) To pin the economy and massess in between with each other, and to build the trust of the public in the prosperous economy of Pakistan is the core of the intended matter. This is going to boost the morale of the both the citizens in Pakistan and trusted ploticians. Who then can score for any lecit goal achievement on the path of development for Pakistan.

7) Economic prosperity is the mother for catering almost all the state concerns and affairs through the stable politics and dedicated politicians.

Hence in nutshell we can easily say that political stability is mandatory for economic prosperity in Pakistan.

Q. No. 8. Critically evaluate the evolutions of Muslim Separate identity in the Subcontinent.

Ans.

Each nation needs an identity to be known with it in the world. Same was the case with the muslims of the Subcontinent who wanted a separate identity for themselves. And this identity through the history of the Subcontinent evolved in the following different ways.

1) Educational Identity - It was the need of education which started realizing the need and evolution of separate muslim identity in the Subcontinent in 1857. Where the services of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and his Aligarh University are phenomenal. This was a great platform for the muslims to acquire both modern and Islamic Education. And to acquire sound educational identity.

2) Religious Identity - Muslims have always been the firm followers of Islam. And their religious identity as a nation was best served in the Subcontinent through the Ulemas of Deoband Madrassah.

3) Cultural Identity - Customs and traditions of the Muslim (Islamic) culture were never overlooked. Even in the most difficult times in the Subcontinent, also when the hindus were stopping muslims from practicing the customs and traditions of the muslim culture, still the muslims practiced their customs and traditions of the muslims lifestyle. And never left behind the separate muslim cultural identity.

4) Political Identity of the muslim india casted a unique impression over the history. All the developmental political miltestones served very well the cause of the muslims of a separate identity in the Subcontinent. First the creation of muslims poltical party muslim league, and then the onward struggle coming across the Allahabad Adress by Allama Iqbal and finally Pakistan in 1947 on 14 august gave the muslims of the subcontinent a separate identity with a country after a life long struggle of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his companions.

5) Economic Identity of the muslims of the Subcontinent went a little week through their history in the subcontinent. Before the Independence of Pakistan the strategy of fundraising was adopted. Also the educationalists used to take no or less wages for their teaching in the educational institutions either Islamic or Secular. Also after the Independence of Pakistan the economic status of Pakistan was limited. Still less is more was the strategy for Pakistan.

6) Administrative Identity was strong with Quaid-e-Azam and his talented companions. Current Pakistan needs to revive once more the legacy of those administrators.

Even in the 19th century the muslim community of the Subcontinent enjoyed following talented leaders. And because of those honest leaders their dedicated muslim followers of the Subcontinent found triumph in their struggle for acquiring separate muslim identity.

7) Insitutional Identity was effective. It was with the help of these institutions which managed to deal the country-wide circumstances of Pakistan with limited resources after a nascent independent muslim Pakistan.
