Hi, If we read something on internet and it is reliable but is not available in any hard copy or book. can we quote that reference if yes then How can we quote that reference?

If you are searching through any article then a good strategy will be to write down name of an author and of an article somewhere. You don't need more than this for quoting a reference. Same goes for newspapers, topic of an article and name of an author. Do read good quality material from reliable sources.

Yes you can mention them. Specially for current affairs paper ,you can give references of these sites. But not the name of site, write down the name of an article and author. And you can say that according to CNN etc but not good to write www. Some site .com. That's not a right way to do it.
