Default PA and CA

both r low scorin subjects...plz answer some queries for help...

1: what should be the ideal length of answer
2: should we only write what is demanded .e.g if question asks for the causes of disturbances in baluchistan...now should we only causes or should also write the remedies....
3: what about headings...

MY experience:

1: I wrote answers with length of 3-4 pages.
2: i was little lengthy...
3: I gave many headings.
4: Each question was adorned with very relevant quotations.
5: hand writing is above average.
6 12 out of 20 mcqs were correct n i got 31 marks in it...

plz members help me out ...tell me how to get marks in these 2 subjects...

You mean to say you could secure only 19 marks in 4 essay type questions. On the average you scored around 5 marks out of 20 marks per question. It's very shocking result brother. Can you post here answers which you supplied in these papers so that we all can self assess our paper and try to identify our shortcomings. As we believe there is fair assessment by FPSC examiners, so fault may by positioning on our side. No doubt it will be a cumbersome work to de here but that will be a crucial step in our future strategy.
We might be lacking that approach which the examiners expect from us. Reason could be lack of understanding the essence of question.
This is most frequent and hot issue in our forum. So, let some members come with there answers which they supplied in paper. Comparative study of these answers will help us to find the scoring strategy.

firstly another shock is tht i ot 62 marks in indian history paper 2 and 31 in pakistan affairs...also it is not necessary tht one will get good marks in PA if he gets good marks in history....

secondly i got 71 in indian history 1... but problem is... this was the worst paper of mine n believe me i guessed maximum 46 marks for my self including 19 mcqz right means i guessed 17 marks for myself but got 52 instead... i didnt even write a single quotation in this paper...

i m confused bcuz i get best marks in paper i do the worst n worst in the paper i do the best...

i have come to conclusion tht one needs to utterly refrain from book n write his own philosophy...
