Good work.Keep it up.Add 2,3 quotations on every topic.Critcal analysis and conclusion should be two different headings.Pay more attention and emphasis on critical analyisi, both while preparation and while attempting a question.Read more and more.No knowledge goes to waste in CSS.

thats right..critical analysis is a must in CSS..

plus to all the candidates that context of the event is very important...facts and figures helpnodoubt, but at at times they ask such questions which point out hidden factors of an event...

About Indo-Pak history, you can follow what I have written in thread named 'Tricks of the Trade' in the 'Tips and suggestions section' mof the forum.I think you will find plenty of information in it.If u have any further questions regarding it,U can ask there.
I will share my DMC there as well.

Further the fact that independent India's Muslim population is more than the entire population of Pakistan further fuelled the belief that the reasons for creation of a homeland for Muslims of British India were not genuine.
Roshan, this thing won't help you. Writing such things in paper will be like axing your own feet. You are supposed to explain the raison d'etre of Pakistan and prove conservation of the two nation theory. Do revisit your notes and get this thing right, either by eliminating or by sugar coating it. This is what I think, lets see what the qualifiers say.

He is right.Keep this in mind that u have to be pro-Pakistan,pro-islam,pro-two nation theory,pro-Quaid e Azam etc in CSS exams..Even if u knw that certain historical 'facts' are not true, you have to sugarcoat them and/or try to even justify them.Jhoot likhney ki aadat dal lo siref sach demand nahy kia jaata in exams me...

My first suggestiono not attempt such a question.
If you have to do it,try blaming India.Prove that there still exist two nations in the subcontinent,i.e Muslima and the Hindus. The attricties that India has committed on the muslims(That Gujarat episode and all that etc) has proven once again that creating Pakistan wasn't a mistake at all,and that hindus and muslims are two separate nations.
Do address our own folies that led to the cessation of East Pakistan, but sugarcoat them
As I said, blame India(our national culture after all)
Saying all this,I still sau that try not to attempt such a question.CSS is not about working hard, its about working smart. And thats what u call smart. If u ask me,I can not write lies so persistently. So,rather than become disgusted with myself,I shall attempt another question.Even in the 2010 Pakistan Affairs(Or was it C.A) paper,I didn't attempt a question about East Pakistan and Baluchistan.I knew I will write the truth and this truth would set me into a 'free' fall.
