Well few Questions are such that their answers are quite specific so any one can write, secondly if some people rely on same notes like those who are attending an academy follow same pattern then their examiners are not same. For 13 thousand candidates there are a number of examiners so it doesn't matter. Here on the forum people belong to various parts of the country so their examiners will surely be different I hope so.

AOA,
hina don't worry because if thousand people read 1 thing and if rewrite it then they all will use different words, they all will use different expression and above all they will extract different conclusion and main concept from it and same is the case here all aspirants will use these notes according to their own abilities so don't worry and have faith in ALLAH ALMIGHTY and your own self.

if any query come in to ur mind do ask me
regards

Constitutional History of Pakistan

What is a Constitution?

A*constitution*is a set of rules for government—often*codified*as a written document—that enumerates the powers and functions of a political entity.

In the case of countries, this term refers specifically to a national constitution defining the fundamental*political*principles, and establishing the structure, procedures,*powers*and*duties, of a*government.

By limiting the government's own reach, most constitutions guarantee certain*rights*to the people. The term*constitution*can be applied to any overall*law*that defines the functioning of a government, including several historical constitutions that existed before the development of modern national constitutions.

Importance of a Constitution

It lays down the basic structure of the government under which its people are to be governed. It establishes the main organs of the government – the executive, the*legislature*and the*judiciary.

The Constitution not only defines the powers of each organ, it demarcates the responsibilities of each. It regulates the relationship between the different organs and between the government and the people.

A Constitution is superior to all the laws of the country. Every law enacted by the government has to be in conformity with the Constitution.
It spells out the rights of the citizen

The constitution puts limits on government. It is like a contract between the government and the people. The people who 'serve' in the government take an oath that they will support and defend the constitution.*

Hopefully that means that they will obey the constitution and the spirit and intent of the constitution and will not do anything to a person that is prohibited by the constitution.*

The supreme court rules on laws and behavior of office holders and determines if their actions are constitutional or not. That is the importance of it. It is supposed to limit the behavior of those in office to do harm to the citizens, using the power of their office, while they serve in office.

And if it works and if those in office are honest, then the importance to each individual is a high level of personal freedom.

Dear Angelstar,
your notes are very prolific and tips appeared amazing for me as you have mentioned to allocate 15 days for each subject. It seems quite difficult for me to prepare one subject with all its details as you mentioned, two books and preparation of notes etc. so please guide that how do you manage your hours to prepare a subject in this short period of time
Its astonishing for me to learn 15 days for one subject!!!!!!

best regards
