Evolution and growth of Muslim Society in the Sub-Continent.

From where does this topic begin and where does it end?

What I am getting from the topic is that it is a very vast topic and it starts from the rule of Muhammad bin Qasim till the last Mughal Emperor.

Will it also include the reformer movements?

Yes, indeed. It is a very vast topic as you have to cover all the revolutionaries, movements, orders and important personalities during British rule.

Try to divide it into two parts:
1-Growth of Muslim society because of invasions
2-Growth of Muslim Society with the efforts of Muslim reformers.

In first part you may add the most important invasions and those are Muhammad Bin Qasim, Ghaznavi, Ahmed Shah Abdali.
You may divide second part again into two further parts, 1- role of spiritual orders (Naqshbandia, Suharwardia etc), 2- Role of Muslim reformers (Shah Wali ullah, Mujaddid Alf Sani, Syed Ahmed Shaheed Barelvi)
