Most important are:
1-Sheikh Ahmed Sirhindi aka Hazrat Mujaddid Alf Sani
2-Shah Wali Ullah Muhaddis Dehalvi
3-Syed Ahmed Shahid Brelvi

You may add Sir Syed as an intellectual and social reformer.

If we categorize them all according to century. 16th century's reformers:
18th and 19th century's. There's confusion either reformer's date of birth or services is connected to the particular century.

there is no need to categorize them, however one must know the dates of birth and death of all these above mentioned reformers.... It would help in analyzing the social, cultural, political and religious system of those particular periods...

If one knows the century of birth and death of all these reformers it would not be hard for one to answer such questions. For instance, Shah Wali Ullah was 18th century's major Muslim revivalist and Sheikh Ahmed Sirhindi is the 16th century's Muslims reformer....

Syed Ahmed Shahid was born in late 18th century, however, his movement of Jihad started in late 1820's, mean he was the reformer of 19th century. Fraizi movement was initiated by Haji Shariatullah... It was formed in early 19th century...
