Css 2020 occupational group selection issues

DEAR SENIORS,
Please guide me, I am facing difficulty in selection of occupational group.
As I first select PAS, FPSC Portal gives it first ordinal number (position), quite write, understand, but when I select PSP next to PAS, Portal again gives it 1 position. In this way too many groups have same (repeating) ordinal positions. Contrary to it, guideline by fpsc shows consecutive numbers according to preference of occupation.

Dear, close that page and refresh the main page where "Add" is mentioned. Try to retry, it would certainly work. Beside that, never click twice at one selection and be sure to place the cursor on the options in sequence of your selection.
