All relevant rules, regulations and registration procedures are always officially done at the fpsc's website
So whoever is interested will need to visit fpsc website regularly
So far the official rules have not been uploaded, but when they do, they will be uploaded at fpsc's website

well, this is praiseworthy step by the current govt. Must say it is very important for those wo regret appearing in 2020. But now its an opportunity for them to comete at the best of themselves. I Hope it is not counted, it is a savoor I must say

Where to apply? There is no job posting in CSS Area of FPSC website currently.

So far no official information / rules or notification has been released regarding this css-2020 special exam or css2021
Any such information will be displayed/uploaded for the public at fpsc's official website
