Your IR-II marks are exceptional. Although it doesn't matter much in the grand scheme of things but you should be proud. IR-II was probably the most difficult paper of 2020

Brother, what happened to the European History exam? Was it difficult? What books did you study?

Are you satisfied with your score in Philosophy? How did you prepare it? I want to opt Philosophy for the upcoming KP PMS though I have never studied it during my academic career.

Regarding Precis, I barely had any bearing about Grammar portion in the 1st attempt. I was poorly prepared regarding everything except precis-comp. The 2nd time I invested time and energy into each and every portion of the whole Precis-Comp paper (vocabulary, MCQs, preposition, Grammar, past papers etc).

The high score in the 1st attempt of Criminology was probably because it was a new subject at that time. Although I was much better prepared this time, I guess a "jhaaru" operation was performed in this subject alongwith sociology and Euro History. For all optional subjects I expected atleast a 60+ score but the examiner had something else in mind.

Agriculture-Forestry, it seems, is an orphan subject when it comes to CSS. So far, I havent heard or seen any "jharu operation" being performed on it. As long as you cover the syllabus, use relevant terms, diagrams and data, you're set. I would however caution everybody against opting this subject for 2021. My jharu-operation sense is tingling.

I prepared the syllabus via the internet. Blogs, youtube channels and euro history enthusiast websites. The material I prepared wasnt a dull copy paste of wikipedia. It was actually proper analysis and research based. The paper was easy for me and I was expecting a 60+ score. Questions asked were about opinions and analysis of historical events. My MCQs score alone was 17. Even if I got zero marks in one of the questions, 8 marks each for the remaining questions is an insult.

My previous attempt was in 2019 and I had different subjects back then. Instead of IR, I had computer science.

That's what makes this so much more depressing. Even if you do well in other papers, it's all dragged down to nothing by that one essay paper.

You scored exceptional in criminology. Can you please share your preparation strategy? Moreover, how long did you answer a question in your paper? Like 6 pages or 8 or more?
