What does "graduation" mean in the Education section for siblings? is it a 2-year degree or 4 years? A 4 years BS degree will be counted in graduation or masters?

Graduation means a degree above than bachelors degree. But it has got different meanings at different places.
But for css exams you need bachelors level degree to apply. Normally its a 2 year degree program, which can extend to 4 years and it can be of 3 years too. So don't get confused.(This is for aspirants)
In siblings section , it means that you have to write the most recent graduation of your sibling. It does not matter if its a bachelors or masters .
