I had left preparation for some time before exam. Due to it, my Current Affair and Pakistan affair weren't prepared in a better way. Furthermore, I just wrote 1 essay before CSS, apart from that I didn't attempt any essay. What is worse is that I couldn't even revise Gender and Grammar rules.
Coming to the Papers: 1. Preci: Well objective was completely shocking. I did know the meaning of 4-5 words but since all options were the same, I couldn't say how many marks will I get. Preci and composition went well and I managed to write one sentence of every POW ![]() 2. Essay: Lack of practice affected my time management and I had to cut 4 Cons from the rough outline to finish my Essay. I think I might pass this one. 3. Islamiyat: 13-14 Mcqs were correct. Wrote sufficient ayahs and hadiths in the first 2 questions (1-2 in Arabic too). However, I couldn't complete my 4th question and just wrote bullets in its answer. The one regarding Sulah Hudebya and Khyber. 4. GSA: MCQs were good, science portion was even better. But I messed up in the area which was meant to be my strongest. Due to overconfidence I made blunders and might lose 10-15 marks in the maths portion ![]() 5. Current and Pak: MCQs of C.A were easier, I knew 12-13 but I suffered in PA's MCQs. As far as subjective is concerned my first question always exceeded 8 pages however my final question suffered in all papers (just like in these two). Still, I'm confident that I will pass 120 mark 6. Pol Sci: My best paper. In both parts, I knew 16 MCQs correctly. The first paper went exceptionally well. In the 2nd paper, my last question again was lesser in length. 7. C.Law: I don't even want to talk about this one. Let's just hope that the examiner is merciful ![]() 8. US History: The subject I had prepared exceptionally well. But the paper was quite tough, even the MCQs were out of the blue. Still, I think I might fetch around 50 in this. 9. Gender Studies: By this time I was completely exhausted. I hadn't revised Gender Studies. But, the attempt was decent enough to get me passed. 10. Finally G&PP: To be honest I never found material to prepare this subject. One day before the exam I just found some slides and discussed them with my friend. Luckily, 2 questions came from those. 1 was general question. When the paper ended everyone was saying that paper was tough. ![]() In the end, the thing I experienced was that lack of paper practice really affected my paper attempting. One thing else, by the 2nd day I started feeling back pain. Throughout my papers, I kept suffering from it. It really affected my writing speed. |
