In 2018, they declared the result on 18th September. So the possibility is there. Also, some of the very reliable sources believe that the result will be announced in September. Let's see.

How better it would be to keep preparing for the next attempt rather than waiting anxiously for the result! What is destined to happen will happen eventually, for a true aspirant never waits for the result after giving an attempt, if it isn't the last one. It is a long journey.

With result round the corner, the prep is really snail-paced..if any pace at all...part of the “syndrome” i guess

It's a natural thing to be excited... And I believe everyone is excited even if his/her papers weren't up to the mark. Why not enjoy a little suspense after all? It's refreshing, interesting, exciting, disturbing and painful at the same time.
