Now Nisar Baba can make things clear for us. Hamood Ranjha is expecting it to be announced anytime from now onwards. This is a vague statement as oppose to Nisar Baba who is clearer in his stance. Let's see.

and remember if you don't succeed that none of the Forbes top 100 richest people are css pass, none of the TIME magazine 100 most influential people are css pass and none of the most influential people in history featured in Micheal Hart's book are css pass.

There is no fix time of announcement. Usually it is announced after 4 pm. In 2019, it was uploaded at 10 pm.
