I checked all of FPSC's rules and it doesnt say you can submit it before the result. You just need to have had completed your graduation before the closing date that is 31st december.

Urooj what are your optionals? As i am also preparing for the 22 attempt and i don't have anyone to discuss my preparation with. Maybe someone with an overlapping set of optionals would benefit.

it'll be my 3rd attempt and I skipped the year because I had to change most of the subjects this time and for me 4 months were not enough to prepare.
