Aragorn, it's quite difficult for me to suggest sources for this subject. I listened to lectures of an academy and mostly relied on my own understanding of the subject matter based on primary sources, for both attempts. Look at the syllabus, look at the paper and you'll see things you need. Google the theories, find renowned literature and you'll be good. Don't get into local GPP books.
