How do I prepare for css that I am going to attempt after my Engineering degree, today?

Suggestion

I would suggest that you focus on your engineering for now. A decent portion of the CSS exams is directly or indirectly related to Current Affairs. The current affairs of 2022/2023, for all practical reasons, would be different from that of 2018/2019.

However, you can keep improving your English (grammar and articulation) though.
