Thumbs up how pathetic it seems

salam dears,

how pathetic it seems that 2006 result would b announced n sept, adverzmt for 2007 had there and still vr waiting for CSA to start
sham on this system and those ppl who r runing it.

now its been heard tht csa would b of 9 months along wid MBA progrm for A&A AND DMG from LUMS,that would take more than 10 months.....its simply to play wid our futures nothing else.
the ppl there sitting dnt deserve to b given reponsiblity of handling such sensitive issues at least.if they dont knw hw to act and treat the new comers.

they r so imcompetnt that after getting allocation letters still v have to get letters from our ministries and then from csa to start our trainig....now only GOD knws vn that merical would happn.
on the other hand v c how ppl wid silver spoon r brought to civil service indirectly....thro back doors.
if our chief justice is playing wid justice then from where and whom v would expect justice sham on such ppl who wear crowns and medals of justice yet playing wid it.
his son has failed n all three attempts n final attempt they even challenged FPSC,vn his sealed paper was shown n court he had only 15 marks n englishnow he seems to b psp.....is nt if joke wid us????wht to say of police officers...then.

now hes inducted n IB thro same channel after thth attended psp courses and now he would get psp seat just coz his father is scj

i thnk one should start from his own neck if hez sincere wid wht he claims to be.

no justice but wht they says

its crystal clear

thnks

Cool Let us cross our fingers

Really pathetic.....

May God help Pakistan to implement good governance at least. Let us cross our fingers and hope for the best. What else we can do ??

Well Sir it might not sound very auspicious for all of us but i think a lot of thought is being put into reforming and improvising upon the tarining that the previous commons received at the CSA.
I certainly dont subscribe to your edict regarding the competence or otherwise of senior officers who are a part and parcel of the system.
i myself am anxiously waiting for the CSA portion of the training to commence forthwith but your views are unwaaranted and uncalled for given the fact that you have only qualified the CSS examination and have no experience to your credit.
Your crticism about the MBA programme is also based on flimsy grounds. If you want the Civil servants to be efficient and there is no recurrence of the alleged mistakes that you are referring to, they must be equipped with adeqaye tools to rise up to any and all unwelcome circumstances.
i hope you will not take this amiss as it is just a difference of opinion!
I agree with your criticism about the son of a constitutional office holder but why don't you file a writ petition in the Supreme Court about this anomalous situation?
Regards

Ibra Khan

Thumbs up wid deep regrets

salam dear ibrahim,

thnks for ur invaluable critics, but if they r reforming thngs n CSA training and other activities if they r professionals then they should do it wid n span of time such that it dont go against the commoners, mean to say they have wasted our precious 6 months, they should b well equiped wid thngs to start CSA as per schedule,if they r gona compare our training wid PMA then at least they should have accepted that challenge also and should have done thier prp for our taining well before......
i knw im part of this system but if some one z doing wrong i would point out i dam care who so ever he/she z....if my seniors r comiting it i would say they have wasted our time.
i dont understand wht they r doing there that they require so much time r they prp atom bomb there if they r competent enough they should have done it wid n time limits tht was challenge for them which they couldnt.
as i have only qualified css and dont knw ethics of jobs n other thngs:
so for information of my friends i was very much part of a well known multi national company since 2003,i had worked more than wht public officers do n thier life im more aware of the fact how to do and how to attain challenging goals wid n time limits.THANKS to telecom sector that gave me lot of exposure which still our civil servants lack n many ways,im not worried at least how to do thngs like our high ups.
as for css is concernd so i would not say any thng regarding that
regarding MBA prog im very much interested and welcome that but i said tht our time has already been wasted v r coming around thngs like our CTP would b of 9-12 months wht v would do there??? i knw wht they use to do there...after 3 months officers used to get bore and they wanted it to b finished as early as it can....
i welcome every postive step, but would be the ist one to criticz wrong calculations.
for writ n suprem court i would say that how one can go n ask for justice from the one who plays wid itwould u expect that such writ would b fruitful if i opt to challenge chief of itif u guarentttttte that i would certainly knock its door.

thnks

Default waiting is diffucult...

asa...

i am nazia and i was also dreaming of joining CSA this year....with this much time input it seems like a dream not cherishable any more...
this is my first post to this forum...and i usualy enjoy reading it....
i want to point out one important thing about the CTP...it seems like there is no official website for the CTP or CSA...from where students can get information regarding the schedule or subject details...
and waiting seems boring...i hope the people in admin..do some thing about it....

regards..\

nazia

@Khattak........well its good to see MBA from LUMS for A&A and as far MBA for DMG is concern i think MPA would be a better option rather MBA.......
It will give good knowldge of managing the public affairs
and as far chief justice son is concern its totally BADMASHI How can he be appointed as PSP and even in IB if he is not qualified....its totally shame for Pakistan.
